Drsmilo is a Bangladesh-based business with its registered address at Portland Sattar Tower (7th Floor), 1776, Strand Road, Barik Building, Chattogram, Bangladesh.
Orders and pricing
- All prices on the Site are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund
- An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or call from us — placing an order does not guarantee stock availability
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and all major digital payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card payments. For products not ready to ship, we will not collect more than 10% advance payment except through an approved escrow arrangement, in line with the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021.
Delivery
- Orders within Chattogram are delivered within 5 days of order confirmation
- Orders to other districts are delivered within 10 days of order confirmation

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 and the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, 2021. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chattogram.
